Dr. Kamala Lewis

Dr. Lewis was born in Austin, Texas and raised in Mexico, Missouri. After she graduated from Mexico High School in 1988, she went directly to Truman University.  She then transferred to Southwest Texas State University for one year where she gained early acceptance into the University Health Science Center Dental School in San Antonio.   In 1995 she graduated from dental school at the age of 24.  Dr. Lewis and her husband Tim moved to Luling from San Antonio and set up her practice.  They have two children, Mali, age 16, and Madeline, age 13.  Dr. Lewis keeps busy with the practice and her family, but in her spare time loves to read and enjoys civic activities.  She has served as a member of the Luling Independent School District  Board of Trustees, on the Seton Hospital Advisory Board, a member of the Luling Lions Club and a past president of the Luling Chamber of Commerce.   She is also a member of the following dental organizations:
